Pagerank is a registered trademark of google and it is used to point out the importance of a website. Because the pagerank differs in every datacenter of google, from a marketing point of view it is interesting to know an average pagerank, especially when buying advertising.
livepr.raketforskning.com had the orginal idea to request live pagerank at multiple datacenters livepagerank.org will be providing the same service and will extend it.
There will be a database driven cached system of live pagerank to relieve our servers from heavy traffic.
